 Q2C is an all-round ERP application written in .Net and is distributed by a company also called Q2C (formerly YUNIIT).
The latest version is being rewritten completely from the ground up and will become version 3 in the end. The transition between v2.7 and v3 is called Q2C 'Gemini'. This transition is being developed within the current version. This way, our customers can benefit from the newest developments in their current version and can still use the software they've used everyday.
Q2C 'Gemini' results in more speed, flexibility, modern UI and better code which result in much less bugs, shorter testing periods and faster implementation.
COBRASoft is the main developer of Q2C and also delivers the Software Manager and the Operations Manager for the Q2C-company.

The base modules
- Addressbook: an easy to use but very powerfull management of all your contacts, locations, users, groups, customers, suppliers and staff. This module forms the heart of Q2C.
- Scheduling: an Outlook-alike appointment system with a twist. This module provides a fast overview of muliple schedules with custom coloring and categories.
- Security: embedded user rights and seperate licensing system for all modules and screens.
- History: uses the scheduling module and adds smart file and e-mail management through drag & drop functionality. This module can be used everywhere within Q2C.
Extending Q2C to your needs
The following modules integrate flawlessly with Q2C and fully interact with each other:
- Article management: a complete article module with possible treestructures, time indications, pricing, unlimited languages, suppliers, ...
- Invoicing: quotes, price contracts, orders, deliveries, productions, invoices, creditnotes, ...
- Purchasing: quotes, orders, invoices, ...
- Case management: easy overview of all your cases. This module makes it very easy to combine all those quotes, orders, invoices, appointments, ... for a specific case. As an extra gadget it is very easy to attach pictures to this module.
- Stock management: a real-time stock module based on invoicing and purchasing. This module allows for automatic creation of order and production notes and takes treestructures into account.
- Point of sales: simplified point of sales system with extended functionality for the parking industry. Specific prices per article are possible.
- Time management: this module is being rewritten to embed groups and routing.
- Maintenance: a simple maintenance module with optional serial numbers, arrival and departure of products.
- General Ledger: basic general ledger functionality.
- Public domain: reservation of parking places, public buildings, ...
- Parking Control: complete backoffice module for the parking industry.
- Subscriptions: advanced subscription system, specifically for the parking industry.
- Mailing system: this module adds a complete mailing system to Q2C. It allows you to import the following standard formats: DOCX, ODF and RTF. Thanks to a nice wizard and the categories of the addressbook it only takes seconds to send hundreds or thousands of mails.
- Templates: a new module for making your own templates without the need of Word, OpenOffice or anything else. Q2C has his own Word processor build in and supports all modern standards. The templates will be used by RITS, subscriptions and other modules.
- RITS: our well-known RITS application has been embedded as a Q2C module. Now all of our customers can do a complete follow up of complaints, ideas, to do's and bugs and use different templates to keep all contacts involved updated.
